I feel like I was sold the bike so they got their money out of me and then ghosted me. However, there are plenty of other stores that will take back a brand new helmet. Then after waiting patiently I just called and spoke to someone else. First, I had sent a couple emails to my salesman who didn't reply over the course of a few days. Shortly after I received my brand new helmet I asked if I could exchange it for a more expensive one. Then the owner stopped answering or returning my girlfriends calls. The dealership promised to take care of it. The delivery driver backed into my girlfriends brand new leased Explorer and broke the bumper. ![]() I had arranged for the bike to be delivered. I had a good buying experience purchasing a used bike and new helmet, at good prices.
